OtpExt does not collect and does not transmit any information either to remote third parties or to Elliptica's own services.
All operations are executed locally on your machine (desktop PC/Mac, gadget).
Any sensitive information is handled by OTP manager chosen and verified by You only. This is done on OS level when you install such manager.
In any case, the browser will usually ask you if you want to allow the external OTP application to launch and send the current URL to it.
No any passwords are gathered from your browser / pages you visit.
The only information which is processed by Otp Ext consists of
The host name of the address of your current web page (the page which is opened in the current tab)
Any username/login/nickname present in the login form (if any) of the current page
Any data processing and request for OTP-manager are performed only upon explicit request from you
